There are several benefits of citrus, and when the snow is falling and the sky is grey, I definitely find I need some injections of colour and brightness to cheer me up, which is why I love Citrus fruit – and colours – so much. One way to reap the benefits of citrus fruits is through essential oils. Even just inhaling a whiff of a citrus oil like lime from a bottle can make me grin.
