5 Natural Ways to Help a Cold


It’s February and despite the unseasonably mild weather, between the relentless rain and long dark days we are definitely feeling the effects of winter. The sound of sniffles resonating throughout the office at the moment are like a soundtrack to our working day.  It would be easy to just curl up in bed and feel sorry for ourselves, but the reality is that with the business to run and kids to take care of, it just isn’t practical and we bet the same can be said for many of you.

Our Tips

Don’t Sniff:

Get Comfy:
